We’re looking for Pro Team members who live and breathe the JT brand on and off the ice. Our ideal reps are passionate anglers who are willing to work ice shows, engage with customers, and represent JT with integrity, professionalism, and high ethical standards at all times. Pro Team members should be comfortable creating and sharing authentic social media content, highlighting JT products in real-world use, and consistently sharing JT-related posts to help grow brand awareness. Most importantly, we want people who believe in what we build, take pride in how they represent us, and understand that they are an extension of the JT name wherever they go.
