Terms Agreement
By submitting this application I agree to the following: (1) I agree to use JT products with the objective of increasing JT sales. (2) I agree to affix to my tournament apparel the JT brand logo in a prominent position on my tournament shirt. (3) I agree to affix an JT vehicle decal to my tow vehicle in a prominent position. (4) I agree to affix an JT decal to my tournament boat in a prominent position. (5) I agree that I will not accept sponsorship from any other fishing rod manufacturing company. (6) I agree that I will include JT in any press opportunity. (7) I also agree to provide regularly, copies of articles, or photos of myself promoting JT and myself as a JT Pro Staff Member. (8) I understand these items may be used for promotion by JT. (9) I agree to provide JT the right to use my name and likeness on JTODP.COM and other JT media pages. (10) I understand that the JT Pro Staff program is confidential and I agree that I will not share information about the program to any one that is not a JT Pro Staff Member.
