DESCRIPTION

The Panhandler is an absolute magic wand of a jig stick. This solid carbon blank comes in different length’s and with our without the integrated spring bobber. This rod is considered by many accomplished anglers to be the best engineered “Panfish” rod in the industry. Savvy guides on our staff are quick to point out that serious “Panfish” anglers need more than one rod. Our Panhandler with a Spring bobber is an incredible stick for working micro presentations and able to detect the slightest inhale of the fish. The Panhandler without the spring is recommended when needing to control a small jigging spoon or slightly larger presentations with precision. The Panhandler is a homerun for the serious “Panfish” angler.

    (verified owner):

Without a doubt the best rod I’ve used to date for pan fish. The quality of this rod from the handle to the spring bobber is 2nd to none. I’ve only used 4mm tungsten jigs or smaller with this set up and the spring bobber is perfect!!! It’s strong enough and wont sag so you can really work the jig to flick it around and get the plastic tail or bait moving, but light enough you can detect a lift style bite from crappie or blue gill on a finicky bite. 5mm jig or maybe a spoon 1/16th of an oz will probably make the bobber sag more than you make like if you like to really finesse jig, haven’t tried anything in that size yet.

I’m not on JT pro staff or affiliated what so ever.
